Return of Goods

If you have been sent the wrong item, please call us immediately on 07814 174209 so that we can authorise the full refund of your postage. If we agree to credit your postage, please enclose a receipt for your postage so that we can refund you, failure to produce a valid receipt for the postage may result in us not refunding the full amount to you. If you do not call to have your postage refund authorised BEFORE RETURNING THE GOODS then the postage charge may not be credited.

Products must be returned within 28 days of purchase. Please include a COPY OF THE INVOICE. A copy of the e-mail confirmation does not count as a proof of purchase. Please indicate if you require a refund or replacement.

Strokessports will be happy to refund the postage back to you if we have made a mistake with your order or the goods are faulty. We will not refund postage if the correct goods have been delivered to you in good order.

Please note: If you have cause to return a tennis or squash racket to us, we will only refund or replace the racket if it HAS NOT BEEN USED IN ANYWAY. The plastic MUST be still around the handle.

We strongly advise: please return items via some form of recorded delivery requiring our signature on receipt. If your parcel is lost or damaged in the post then you will be able to claim from the carrier who posted your parcel.

Strokessports can accept no responsibility if any returned items are lost or damaged.
